PETER HALLORAN

Prior to the formation of Pharos Financial Group, Mr. Halloran was the principal contributor toward building the CS First Boston equity and fixed income brokerage businesses in Russia and the CIS. He has been a leader in the development of the Russian capital markets since their inception in 1994, bringing more than $8 billion to the capital markets through debt, equity and private placements including Russia's first local IPO and more than $2 billion of privatization initiatives.
Alongside his activities at Pharos, from 2000-2002 he held an ownership stake in Aton Capital Group and served as its Chairman while transforming it into a leading investment bank in Russia which has since been acquired by Unicredit Group for $424 million. Prior to that, while at CS First Boston in Moscow from 1995-1997, Mr. Halloran managed a $300 million proprietary trading account and was directly responsible for all equity trading, research and sales with more than 30 professionals under his direct supervision in Moscow, London, New York and Kiev. During his tenure, CSFB became the top-rated broker as measured by research ranking, trading volume and profitability.
Mr. Halloran serves on the Board of Orenburg Energy Limited, an oil exploration company, and on the Advisory Board of Cayenne Oil & Gas LP, an oil exploration, geophysical imaging and EOR company. Additionally, he has served as adviser to Soros Fund Management. Mr. Halloran has resided in Moscow since 1995. Prior to that, he worked for 10 years in New York with CS First Boston, Salomon Brothers and Morgan Grenfell. Mr. Halloran is a graduate of Yale University (B.A., 1984).

MICHAEL HAYWOOD

Prior to joining Pharos in 2002, Mr. Haywood was the Russia-based investment manager for Dart Management Limited, supervising a multi-billion dollar local investment portfolio. As Dart's sole representative in Russia from 1997 to 2002, Mr. Haywood acquired a unique level of experience as well as extensive local business contacts.
He has traveled widely throughout Russia, conducting investment analyses on scores of individual companies in a
variety of industrial sectors. Mr. Haywood has served as a Board member for 23 Russian companies. Mr. Haywood spent
his early post-graduate years competing as a world-class runner and original member of the Nike team. He graduated
in 1975 from the University of Kentucky.

KEVIN DOUGHERTY

Prior to joining Pharos, Mr. Dougherty was Director of International Sales for Deutsche Bank / UFG. He has worked in the Russian financial markets for the past 11 years
including senior positions in sales trading and research sales at both local and international investment banks. While at Aton Capital he helped create a top-rated sales
desk, and as Head of International Sales at Uralsib Investment Bank he successfully transitioned them into a ranked international broker. He has worked on IPO's for many
Russian companies in the Consumer Goods and Telecoms, Media and Technology sectors, building important relationships and expertise in these sectors. Prior to moving to
Moscow in 1997 to join UFG, Mr. Dougherty worked at the Chase Manhattan Corporation in New York. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.

NAT MOSER
Senior Analyst - Oil & Gas

Mr. Moser has 12 years of experience analysing the Russian and CIS oil & gas sector as both an economist and industry consultant. This has included working for the EU,
the OECD, the UK energy consultancy Wood Mackenzie, the US investment company Dart Management, and the UK accounting firm Robson Rhodes. He has also advised
several Russian companies on buying and selling oil & gas assets. Mr. Moser has particular expertise in company valuations, due diligence and financial analysis.
In the late 1990s his work focused on quantifying the loss to minority shareholders of practices such as transfer pricing, and calculating the impact of consolidation
schemes by Russian holding companies on subsidiary company shareholders. Since 2000, as well as looking at the Russian oil & gas majors, he has devoted a lot of time
to identifying opportunities among independent Russian oil & gas companies. Mr. Moser has also served as a member of the board of directors of both Russian and UK
oil & gas companies. He speaks fluent Russian, and holds a BA from Manchester University (1994) and an MPhil from Oxford University (1996).

JOHN PAPESH

Prior to joining Pharos, Mr. Papesh was the Marketing Director for international real estate developers and investment trusts.
He has spent 14 years marketing financial services. Earlier, Mr. Papesh spent 10 years with Dart Management Ltd. where he left
as Vice President of Marketing and Public Affairs. While at Dart, Mr. Papesh traveled frequently to Russia while serving as a
manager of back office, custody and corporate actions on their multi-billion dollar portfolio. Mr. Papesh has a MA from Michigan
State University and a BA from Providence College.

Prior to joining Pharos in 2007, Steve Kalnoky served for 14 years as an international relations expert in Europe and the Middle East for the US State Department. Mr. Kalnoky's responsibilities included building relations in these areas in order to help the regional development of US-based businesses. Mr. Kalnoky's extensive experience and insight within these markets will provide Pharos with an excellent resource for developing its activities within the MENA region. Mr. Kalnoky is a graduate of Cleveland State University and speaks fluent Hungarian.
