PETER HALLORAN
CEO
Mr. Halloran founded Pharos in 1997 with initial capital from Credit Suisse
and Soros Fund Management. While at Pharos, he has managed three investment
funds and has been awarded Hedge Fund Manager of the Year in 2010 from Hedge
World. He has also established a physical commodity trading firm, Pharos
Energy Ltd. in 2011, acquired over 30,000 acres of Eagle Ford Shale oil and
gas leases and incubated the formation of Titan River Energy, LLC with a
fully-funded mandate to drill and develop U.S. shale oil leases. Earlier, he
held an ownership stake in Aton Capital Group and served as its Executive
Chairman while transforming it into a leading investment bank in Moscow that
was later acquired by Unicredit for $424 million. Prior to Pharos, Mr.
Halloran was the principal contributor toward building the CS First Boston
equity and fixed income brokerage businesses in Russia and the CIS where he
managed a $300 million proprietary trading account while creating the
top-rated broker as measured by volume, research ranking and profitability.
Mr. Halloran organized Russia’s first local IPO and more than $2 billion of
privatization initiatives in the region. Since 1994, he has brought more than
$10 billion of capital to the markets in which he has been active. Prior to
that, from 1985-1994, he worked in New York with CS First Boston, Salomon
Brothers and Morgan Grenfell with a primary focus on US institutional equities
while also working with structured products, risk arbitrage and emerging
markets debt. Mr. Halloran is a graduate of Yale University (BA, 1984)

BARRY SCHUMAKER
Managing Director
Mr. Schumaker is responsible for managing the Dubai and Moscow offices of
Pharos. In that capacity he oversees all trading and research for our hedge
funds, commodities and managed accounts. Mr. Schumaker is also responsible for
managing the firm’s established relationships in the MENA region with a
variety of SWF’s, institutions and family offices from our office in Dubai.
Additionally, he develops initiatives in Energy, Banking and Agriculture.
Prior to joining Pharos in 2011, Mr. Schumaker was a senior equity analyst
with Uralsib Capital in Moscow. Since 2003, he has held similar positions with
Alfa Bank and FIM Securities publishing research on the Consumer,
Telecommunications, Real Estate and Agriculture sectors. Additionally, he has
worked on deal teams for over $1bn of public and private market transactions
since 2003. Overall he has 18 years of experience as an investment
professional working in emerging markets including Russia, India and
Indonesia. Mr. Schumaker is a graduate of California State University, Chico
(BA, 1995) and the Thunderbird School of Management (MBA, 2003).

STEVE KALNOKY
Director
Mr. Kalnoky is a senior professional with extensive international and foreign affairs experience in Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Kalnoky spent more than 28 years in government service to include ten years as a Commissioned Officer in the US Army and 18 years with the United States Department of State. During his distinguished service Mr. Kalnoky represented the interests of the United States in a number of Diplomatic assignments, helping to forge foreign policy in the post cold-war era. Besides his keen understanding of the dynamics of working in emerging markets, Mr. Kalnoky has a proven record of integrity and ethics that is well suited for the rapidly evolving business environment of the 21st century. Mr. Kalnoky has a BA in Political Science from Cleveland State University . |

CHARLES B. "CHIP" SIMMONS, JR.
Director
Mr. Simmons is a Director of Pharos. Mr. Simmons is the Chief Executive Officer of Titan River Energy, a Fort Worth, Texas-based oil and gas company focused on the drilling and development of Texas shale resources, which has a $100 million equity commitment from Ridgemont Equity Partners of Charlotte, NC, and Post Oak Energy Capital of Houston, Texas. Mr. Simmons is also a Managing Partner of Clear Creek Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm which managed approximately $400MM of capital committed to various oil and gas investments, primarily for Reservoir Capital, a New York based fund. Mr. Simmons has served on the Board of Directors of AB Resources (a Marcellus Shale company sold to Chevron), Kerns Petroleum (a Texas/Gulf Coast-focused oil and gas company which previously owned assets in the Eagle Ford Shale, the Wolfcamp Shale and the Granite Wash) and AleAnna Resources (an Italian oil and gas company) and as a Managing Partner of Clear Creek Energy/EF Resources/CCE II-Frio County (Eagle Ford Shale/Pearsall Shale investment partnerships). Mr. Simmons graduated summa cum laude from Yale University in 1984 with a B.A. with distinction in Economics/Political Science. |

NAT MOSER
Senior Oil & Gas Consultant
Dr. Moser has fifteen years of experience in the valuation, financial analysis and due diligence of companies. Prior to joining Pharos, he has worked for the EU, the OECD, the UK energy consultancy Wood Mackenzie, the US investment company Dart Management, and the UK accounting firm Robson Rhodes. He initially concentrated on the oil & gas sector, though later broadened his coverage to include metals & mining and agriculture. Dr. Moser has built-up extensive contacts with senior managements in Russian and CIS companies, and has served on the board of directors of both Russian and Ukrainian oil & gas companies. He holds a BA, MA and PhD from Manchester University, and an MPhil from Oxford University.
